Q1. How much is delivery and what does this include? A1. Delivery is specified on the postage page - please refer to the link on the lets shop page. Included in the delivery cost is first class recorded or special delivery, packaging materials and postage insurance. PLEASE NOTE: THE DELIVERY COSTS DO NOT APPEAR UNTIL FINAL STAGES OF CHECKOUT. Q2. Do you post overseas? A2. Yes I do! although I need to work out the postage and send you an invoice. Just contact me with the items you are interested in and I will reserve them for you until we send the invoice. PLEASE NOTE: YOU NEED TO CONTACT ME BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE. All packages are sent International Signed For, unless requested otherwise. Q3. Can I return my order if I have changed my mind? A3. Unfortunately not. Refunds can only be given if items arrive damaged or faulty, please refer to the T&C's for further information. Q4. Can you guarantee that the design or items chosen are unique and individual? A4. All items are only made the once, (small selection of bridal are to re-order) materials are purchased in small quantities to retain the individuality of each piece, similar materials and designs may be reproduced but no two items will be an exact match. Q5. What materials are used to make your jewellery? A5. All metals used in my products are bronze, gold, silver and black plated, (plated metals may over time change appearance, fade or tarnish) sterling silver, tibetan, hilltribe silver and aluminium. Beads and charms used are tibetan silver, plastic, metal coated, glass, wood, acrylic and polymer clay. Swarovski crystals, pearls, gem stones and fresh water pearls.
