Q1. How much is delivery and what does this include? A1. Delivery is £1.99 for all orders up to £24.99. £2.99 for all orders up to £74.99, £3.99 and £4.99 for all orders above these price brackets. Included in the delivery cost is first class recorded delivery, packaging materials and postage insurance. PLEASE NOTE: THE DELIVERY COSTS DO NOT APPEAR UNTIL FINAL STAGES OF CHECKOUT. Q2. Can I return my order if I have changed my mind? A2. Unfortunately not. Refunds can only be given if items arrive damaged or faulty, please refer to the T&C's for further information. Q3. Can you guarantee that the design or items chosen are unique and individual? A3. All items are only made the once, materials are purchased in small quantities to retain the individuality of each piece, similar materials and designs may be reproduced but no two items will be an exact match. Q4. I have fallen in love with something but it is now out of stock, what can I do? A4. Due to providing an individual service only one of each item will be produced. An alternative can always be created using similar materials or part of a desired design but not in all cases, please contact us for further information. Q5. What are the benefits of becoming a member of Claire Ogden Designs? A5. Once you are a member you can access the Guestbook where you can leave messages and comments for other members, you will be notified of all changes or re-designs to the website and the new designs created and added to the site you will be the first to know about all up and coming events. Q6. What materials are used to make your jewellery? A6. All metals used in our products are bronze, gold, silver and black plated, (plated metals may over time change appearance, fade or tarnish) sterling silver, tibetan, hilltribe silver and aluminium. Beads and charms used are tibetan silver, plastic, metal coated, glass, wood, acrylic and polymer clay. Q7. Are the vintage items genuine? A7. Our vintage items have been sourced from credible antique and retro suppliers. The small range we offer has been carefully chosen keeping in theme with the unique and individuality of all our products. Some items have been incorporated into our own unique designs to make that very BIG impression!
